EVPMaker 2.1 is a free esoteric acoustic material program to record paranormal voices, also known as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP). To attain this, this program divides each voice recording into short segments and later replays them in random order.

The result is gibberish, although it sounds like discourse, but you can`t understand it, and of course is perfect as background noise for EVP recordings. Also, the program can be used to generate special acoustic sounds or musical effects.
